New Disclosure Process

On July 1, 2015, the Clemson University Research Foundation (CURF) transitioned the Confidential Invention Disclosure Form (CIDF) to a web based disclosure system (Inventor Portal) for disclosing inventions to the CURF office for commercial evaluation and processing.

Through Inventor Portal the Inventor(s) will be able to save and edit the CIDF and upload supporting documents, photos, designs, etc., prior to submitting the CIDF. Inventor Portal’s enhanced communication capability also allows for the Inventor(s) to communicate directly with the assigned Technology Commercialization Officer regarding the disclosed invention and supporting materials.

Direction for using the new disclosure process can be found here.
